We are dedicated to providing essential support and services for the Stolen Generations.

What are we doing?

 

The Stolen Generation Council NSW/ACT Inc.’s Business Plan highlights our goals to achieve our mission and vision. The Business Plan details the objectives and actions we aim to achieve over the upcoming three years, to move the Stolen Generation Council NSW/ACT Inc. closer to achieving our aspirations. The Business Plan will enable us to best support our Members and their families, and to strengthen our Governance and Sustainability.

The Stolen Generations Council NSW/ACT Incorporated would like to acknowledge the people, the Nations, Tribes and Clans of the unceded lands of NSW and ACT, in which we are privileged to work on and pay respects to all community Elders, Leaders and First Nations people. We would also like to acknowledge our funding bodies/ supporters: Aboriginal Affairs NSW, NSW Department of Communities & Justice, the NSW Ministry of Health, the Healing Foundation and National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) . The Stolen Generations Council NSW/ACT Incorporated is self determination in action with our autonomy of service. We would like to acknowledge our former auspicing body, Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council through the leadership of Dr Melissa Williams CEO.
